Our journey began as  a dedicated HR department within ARCOM  and its suspenders companies, which established in 1982, where we were responsible for handling operations related to human resources and business support. Over time, our team excelled in managing essential tasks, streamlining operations, and delivering outstanding value across various functions within ARCOM. As the demands of the industry grew, it became clear that our specialized skills and services could offer even greater value to a broader range of clients outside of ARCOM Group.

Recognizing our potential, and driven by our desire to expand and evolve, we made the strategic decision to spin off from ARCOM Group and form an independent entity. Thus, SSIB was born—an organization built on years of experience, expertise, and a deep understanding of business operations and HR solutions.
